The Five Touch Rule.
It takes about 5 touches before something gets communicated effectively.
So using 5 different forms of communication helps whether that be in your job, ministry or other forms of getting information out.
For me in Youth Ministry it means I have to work smarter as well as harder! Some of our 5 touches include:
Newsletter, email, postcard, letter, website. (We also personally tell, tell the students, and phone calls too)
Do you follow the rule of 5? How do you communicate for an event? And if so how many touches?
