So how does one measure how well you are doing in ministry?
Here are three suggestions (HT to Dan Rutherford)
I. Counting: Are we growing?
Look at the stats. Attendance, offering, compare from week to week; year to year. Trends. What are the challenges?
Baptisms: Transfers. Stories.
II. Contacts: Who are we growing?
The type of contact: Face to face. Others: And be creative.
III. Concentration. What are you doing to grow?
Ask the tough questions:
1. what is God teaching you right now?
II. what are you reading?
Other suggestions?
