Sometimes Ministry is Babysitting.


A Church leader recently told me: "80% of ministry is babysitting." Agree or disagree?

What are some issues you are dealing with that involved babysitting?

People are people. And people's needs (Not wants) need to be met. There is a deep problem.

As someone has recently said: "If you got a problem, its a spiritual problem."

I wonder if those that fight over minor issues realize that its their spiritual immaturity that causes some of this?
