Just Finished reading this book. Overall a good book. I'd give it a B plus. Talks about balance, Vision, teamwork, learning from failure, change, fighting spiritual dryness and having humility.
Very practical. There is one pet peeve is the one on "Vision" and trying the church more of a "Business model" but that's another story. Seems alot of those from the Evangelical/ Baptist background embrace the whole what is your vision? Goals etc. bandwagon. Anyways ....
