Saw this on a bookmark ..I know, I know ...We, as the Restoration Movement, have No Creed but Christ ...but did think this amusing.
KID’S CREED
I WILL PUT GOD FIRST
AT PLAY AND AT SCHOOL
AND ALWAYS DO MY BEST
TO LIVE BY THE GOLDEN RULE.
I WILL NOT LIE OR CHEAT.
I WON’T TREAT OTHERS MEAN.
MY BODY, MIND AND SPEECH
WILL ALWAYS BE KEPT CLEAN.
I WILL DO NOTHING
THAT WOULD HARM
MY BODY OR MY SOUL.
NO OTHER PERSON WILL
MAKE ME LOSE SELF CONTROL.
I WILL MAKE MY PARENTS PROUD.
EACH DAY THE WORLD WILL SEE
